Who should attend?
For new entrant to the travel industry whose operational duties includes air reservations. Participants must be in the travel industry for at least 6 months. Knowledge of airline geography is compulsory.

* Kindly note that the course is free for all first time participants from TAs. This course is strictly for Abacus Automated Ticketing personnel only. The pre-requisites are
- Participants with knowledge of manual fare construction, and/or
- Participants who passed the Abacus Basic Course

Duration: 0.5 day

Course Fee: Free of Charge for Abacus Subscribers
Who should attend?
If you are currently making car/hotel reservations through the telephone or by fax…why not attend the Abacus Car/Hotel Course. This half day course will introduce to you simple-n-easy entries for making car/hotel reservations in most locations around the world using ABACUS but……you must first complete our Abacus Basic Course training.

For Corporate travel agency who update Customer Profile in Abacus. Data is moved during PNR creation with one key stroke. The 3-day Abacus Basic Course is compulsory.

For participants whose agency has subscribed to Abacus FareX Wholesale module and have attended the Abacus Basic and Ticketing Courses. Knowledge of Passenger Tariff is a pre-requisite.

Who should attend?
Abacus automated refund feature streamlines refund transactions through the IATA Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP). For participants who require to perform refunds and have completed the Abacus Ticketing Course.
