Established in 1989, Abacus Training Centre (Singapore) has been providing comprehensive customer training on Abacus systems and products. Our training courses are tailored to your training needs aiming to enable you to optimize your operations and productivity. We are proud to add that the Abacus certificates are being used as a prerequisite for employment by most travel agencies in their recruitment exercises in Singapore and throughout the Asia-Pacific countries where Abacus is present. To-date, Abacus has provided courses to more than 28,000 trainees. |

| Documentation required for ADM claims Recently, we have received ADMs that were issued without fare calculation information to explain the short collections. Some of the descriptions of these ADMs only mention, example FARE UNDER COLLECTED, FARE UNDER-PAID, SHORT COLLECTION OF TAXES or WRONG FARE CALC etc without providing a calculation of the under-collected fares.
